Make-Up for Monday

We're doing Monday's lifts on Friday night so we don't miss an exposure!!

1. BS 1x20 (e4/8) --> add 2.5-5 lbs from last exposure

2. EMOTM for 12mins: perform 1, 2, or 3 MU or false-grip pullups with ring dips
