1. BP: 3x3 (e3/4)
--maintain weight throughout
Then: 1 set for max reps at each weight:
-men: 225/185/135/95
-women: 135/95/65/45
1a. Pushups: 5 sets, add 1-2 reps to last exposure
2. For time:
-800m run
-50 BJ
