Post-Open Return to Normalicy

1. Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 --> find your 3RM

2. Push Press: 10-10-10 @60% of 3RM
**This will be a light load, so focus on technique!

3. 15 min AMRAP:
15 BJ
10 T-B
5 DL (155/105)
