1. OHS: 3x3 (e3/8)
--tempo: 2311
--try to add weight from last exposure
--keep same weight throughout
2. Tabata Mash-Up:
-KBS
-BJ
--this will be full tabata (ie: 20s work 10s rest x 8 rounds), so pick weight and box height that will allow for quick reps
