Warm-Up/Skill: double unders, 30x4, then 5-10-15 x 2

Strength:
-shoulder press 5-5-3-3-2
-bench press 5-5-3-3-2
-squat cleans 3-3-3-3-3 -- this is for a light/medium weight, to practice depth
