2. Lifts:
-Bench: 5-5-2-2-1, med getting to heavy -- 15 mins
-Snatch: 3-3-3-3, stay med, think of technique -- 15 mins
3. Couplet: -- ~10 mins
5 rounds of
-10 FS (135/95)
-10 burpees
4. Mobility -- 10 mins
Camille loves it when Justyn does burpees.
