Warm up:
Standard

Then:
Bench Press: 3 x 5

Then:
"Based on Bulger"
For time:
6 Rounds
Run 1 Lap
7 Chest to Bar Pull-up (Scale Ring Rows)
7 Front Squat - 135#/115# (Scale to Level)
7 Handstand Push Ups (Scale Dumbbell/KB Push Press with appropriate weight)

For those who have the time or are completely insane, Rx version of "Bulger" is 10 Rounds...
