Militant CrossFit: 08-May-13

Warm Up:
Standard

Then:
Accumulate 3 Min in a handstand hold. Everytime you let go do:
10 KB Swings
20 Burpees

Then:
10 Min AMRAP
Thrusters
Everytime you put the bar down do:
3 Strict Pull-ups

Weight for Rx = 135#/85#
Weight for Fitness = 100#/65#

  1. well i work all night shifts now, so i cant attend our classes anymore, except monday, until i get that sorted out at work. (even though they knew not to book me on those nights)

    so i did this workout at home but since i dont have a barbell and weight i subbed the thrusters for 70lb KB goblet to overhead.
