Everytime you put the bar down do:

Weight for Fitness = 100#/65#
well i work all night shifts now, so i cant attend our classes anymore, except monday, until i get that sorted out at work. (even though they knew not to book me on those nights)
ReplyDeleteso i did this workout at home but since i dont have a barbell and weight i subbed the thrusters for 70lb KB goblet to overhead.
