Goalsetting

Ok boys and girls, let's talk about goals. We've been doing the 1RM thing so we can all get a bit of an idea of where we stand, and how we've improved over the last year. I encourage you all to take a few minutes to think of your fitness goals and where you want to go, whether it is to compete, look good naked, or increase your gains (THE GAINS!). Also take a minute to think about your weaknesses, which are usually the things you don't like doing. I would be thrilled if any of you told me the areas you want to focus on, or need improving, so I can try to program them in for you (and really, everyone else's benefit).

This is called "looking good (semi-)naked."
