After your proper warm-up:
1. BS 1x20 (e 3/8) --> add 2.5-2 lbs from last exposure
2. Triplet -- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
--KBS
--Lateral jumps over a barrier
--Situps
