Then:
Continue 1RM testing

Then:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Ring Dip x 5 reps
Double KB Front Squat x 10 reps (55/35)
Kettlebell Snatch x 15 reps (55/35) switch arms as needed
