The Traveling WOD for Thrus.

Here is a WOD to do at home, or out and about SANS equipment.  If your coming out Friday you can still do this, just don't go balls out.


Train, Because one day you might have to climb a mountain while covered in Rocket. . .

Warm Up:
4 rounds
25 jumping jacks
10 sit ups
10 push ups
10 squats

WOD:
5 rounds

5 push ups

10 diamond push ups

15 "V" sit ups

25 bottom to bottom squats (start and finish at the bottom of the Squat) 



Oh, AND POST YOUR FREEKIN STATS! I NEED TO TRACK YOUR DATA AND CAN'T DO IT IF YOU DONT POST!!! AAARRRRGGGGGG!
