Oly Work

1. Tall Clean: 10 mins working on speed of getting under bar into front squat position.

2. Clean:
-2×5 @ 70%
-2×5 @ 75%
-3×2 @ 80% of 1RM

3. For time:
75 Kettblebell swings (53/35#)
75 Situps
75 Overhead Squats (65/45#)
