Tight Midline Night

1. Headstand: 12 mins skill development.

2. Split Jerk: build to a heavy 3, in 3 or less sets. Then 3×1 @ 85% of estimated 1RM.

3. 5 rounds for time:
3 Bar muscle ups
20 wall ball

If you don’t have bar muscle ups, sub 3 ring muscle ups or 5 strict pullups or 10 ring rows
