Warm Up:
2 Laps
3 Rounds:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Then:
Skills - Strength and Stability
3 x 5 Turkish Get Up (Max Weight)
3 x 5 Windmill

Then:
"NANCY"

Five rounds for time:
  • 3 Laps
  • 15 Overhead Squat
Rx Weight is 95/65
Beginners scale to 65/55

    1. The last time we did this I recall running only 2 laps. This is our first attempt at 400m. The distance around the parade square is 134m. So 3 laps = 402m. Good work!
