Monday Madness

Shiny.
Normal warm-up: 3 laps, then 2 x 5-10-15

Strength: Shoulder Press, build to a 1RM (record the weight used) then drop your weight by 10-15% and do 2 sets of 2 reps
 
WOD: 5 rounds of:
10 Front Squat (135-95)
5 Burpees
