Then: Back Squat - Work to 1RM - Record weight then drop 10-15% and do 2 sets of 2

Then:

WOD - AMRAP (15 Min)

5 Deadlifts (275lbs/205lbs) (205/155)
10 Toes to Bar
15 Push-ups
1 Lap
