15 Air Squats

Then:

Active Hang 30 sec
L-Sit 30 sec
Bridge 30 sec

Then:
4 Rounds
2 Laps
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (95/65)
10 Thruster (95/65)
