1 Lap
10 Push-ups
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Air Squats

Then:
30 min AMRAP:
1 burpees
3 KB Swings (55/35 to forehead height)
1 Lap
2 burpees
6 KB Swings
1 Lap
3 burpees
9 kettlebell Swings
1 Lap
4 burpees
12 kettlebell swings
1 lap
and so on....
