Work capacity: AMRAP 20 minutes:
- 30x Box jump (24in/20in),
- 20x push press (115#/75#),
- 10x Toes to Bar
Stamina: Chipper, not timed: 20x military press @ 90% 3 RM, 75 x DB push press (30#/20#), 200m Overhead lunge (45#/25#)
Durability: 1 mile run @ moderate pace. 50x sit ups, 50x Bridger. Active stretch or yoga.
