Skill-Practice Saturday

Time: 1100-ish

Nice and easy, just for practice:
-Full Clean : 5-5-5-3-3
-Ring Work, run through this twice:
  • Skin the Cat x 5
  • Knees to Elbows x 7
  • Ring Dips x 7
  • Toes to Rings x 7
  • Support Position x 2 Max Hold
