Nice work everyone, that definitely looked like a tough workout! Everyone has come a long way since I was last out. Hopefully I can make it out at least once in July and I'll definitely be back for August 18th to compete in the Crossfit 204 Classic. I'll be keeping Cam posted when I'll be out next. Again, way to push through that one and I can't wait to see everyone again really soon!
Looks like you guys are going through the summer? That's awesome!...but I'll throw the word out just in case, that Prairie Crossfit is cheaper than Crossfit Winnipeg and offers a 10% military discount. Also Cam, I'm supposed to let you know that Jordan D. thinks you should stop by for a workout sometime.
Lol, it's all good. There was a similar discussion about the burpees from the 2012 Open workout of 7 minutes of burpees. But it was stepping the feet up to get ready to jump up or jumping your feet back up (that WOD was brutal by the way). And guys, if there's a weekend that works best (or doesn't) for me to come out, let Cam know so he can let me know and I'll know what weekend to head back home!
