AM - Tempo Run

Negative 800 Meter Intervals

  • Run an 800
  • Do 6 Intervals jogging a 400 in between to recover

Warm Up

25 jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Then.....
Accumulate 5 min,  of Handstand Holds

WOD

Burpee 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10x
KB thruster (2x53#/36#) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1x
