This is all the motivation you should need in life. Tomorrow it will be my voice saying it, but you will reach a point when you are saying it to yourself. Every Rep, Every Exercise. . .

Track Drills

Warm Up:

20 @ 60%
20 @ 60%
40 @ 60%
40 @ 80%
60 @ 80%

Then Wod:

 100 @ 100%
 200 @ 80%
 200 @ 90%
 400 @ 100%
