WED Night!

We are going to Run the WOD from last night. Because I ended up having to leave early.




So, CrossFit Warm Up,

Then;

20 Pushups
15 knees to elbows
300 m Run  

4 rounds




If you snuck past me and did it anyways then I will give you another WOD for tonight.
