Warm UP
   We are starting Clean Technique

   going for a:  5x5 Hang Power Clean


   Then!


WOD
   Five rounds for time of:

   15 Pull-ups
   30 Kettlebell swings,
   30 Lunges


Take a look at your old score, and then using the same weight.... 

Plus!!! I GOT MORE OF THE FOAM ROLLERS!!
