First up is Bob's Tasty Combo #9:
Snatch deadlift: 3-3-3-3 @ 120% snatch 1RM
FS: 2-2-2-2-2 @ 75% 1RM
 
Emulate this.
Then, AMRAP in 20 mins:

5 Box Jumps (24 inch)
