7 Knees-to-elbows
7 Air squats

WOD: Jack
AMRAP for 20 mins:
-10 push press (115)
-10 KBS (1.5 pood/1 pood)
-10 box jumps (24"/20")

If time (and energy) permits:
OHS, light weight for: 7-7-6-6-5
**We are wanting to build up the core strength, not go for a PR.
